1.
Individual
Counselling
Do you ever feel overwhelmed, stuck in old patterns, or unsure how to move forward? Are ADHD, trauma, grief, or struggles with food making daily life harder? Because of my own lived experience with these challenges, I am able to offer a safe, compassionate space for you to share your story and feel understood.
2.
Couples
Counselling
I offer counselling for couples who want to deepen their connection and strengthen their relationship. My goal is to create a supportive space where partners can explore new ways of communicating and understanding one another. Together, we focus on building trust, nurturing closeness, and creating a strong foundation for the future.
3.
Youth Counselling
I offer counselling for youth who may be struggling with stress, anxiety, self-esteem, or big life changes. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where young people feel heard and understood. Together, we work on building coping skills, confidence, and a stronger sense of self.
4.
Somatic Counselling
I offer somatic therapy to help you reconnect with your body and discover new ways of healing. In our work together, we’ll gently explore how trauma shows up in the body, and find practices that bring ease and balance. This approach helps gently release the effects of trauma held in the body, supporting healing, safety, and resilience.
My Approach
I’m not a traditional therapist who simply listens and nods. My style is active, collaborative, and down-to-earth—I offer tools, strategies, and honest reflections to support meaningful change. Together, we’ll create a space where you feel comfortable, understood, and empowered to move forward in ways that fit your life.

About me
I enjoy living in the Okanagan with all that it has to offer. In the summer, you will usually find me hiking, camping, paddleboarding and running. In the winter, you’ll find me snowshoeing, cross country skiing, and skating. Spending time in nature has many benefits such as reducing stress, improving mood, and promoting a greater sense of calm and clarity. I have a golden retriever named Alice! She loves to join me on all my adventures.
